Information you provide
When you contact us or use Plan My Stay, you may provide your name, phone number, email, travel dates, group size and trip preferences. We use this information to answer your enquiry and assist with a booking.
EmailJS
Plan My Stay enquiries are delivered through EmailJS directly from your browser. The information entered in that form is shared with EmailJS for email delivery and is not stored by this website.
Doorloom and Razorpay
The final booking and payment journey is hosted by Doorloom, with payment processing through Razorpay. Their checkout may collect guest, billing and payment information under their own policies. Tara Sitara does not place payment gateway secrets or card information in this website.
Optional analytics
If you accept analytics, the site can record events such as availability searches, Book Now clicks, Doorloom checkout opens and Plan My Stay clicks. Analytics identifiers will only be added after the GA4 or Google Tag Manager accounts are created.
